Culture Building has LONG been a CORE GOAL of the Vegetarian Resource Center.
Those who support and work towards culture building with vegan values are invited to participate in this subgroup of the Vegetarian Resource Center, whether or not they have ever previously donated money or time or participated as volunteers in the Vegetarian Resource Center or in the of the Vegetarian Resource Center’s outreach and/or development projects.
Those wishing to join this professional networking group, Culture Building Goals of the Vegetarian Resource Center, will be asked to write a brief essay about their personal, individual commitment to building GENERIC vegetarian culture in the context of social, ethnic, racial, ethical and value, and religious diversity - beyond their own ethnicity, religious identification, and nationality, providing an intellectually clear statement of the desirability of building vegetarian culture.
We’re looking forward to reading scores of excellent forward-looking personal statements about the desirability of building vegetarian (read vegan) culture for the masses, embedded vegetarian (read vegan) values into the way things are done publicly and socially, as well as individually (not merely the enhanced availability of vegan-friendly products in markets of various kinds).
